I’m going to provide you with a daily menu plan that will enable you to lose 10 kg in 7 days. The absence of sugar and fat makes this meal plan special. I’ve added some modest traditional touches to the eating plan and will be offering breakfast and dinner alternatives. This menu plan is easy to follow and uses affordable, readily available products. If you follow this diet plan without cheating for seven days, you will see good results. Walking is another mild-to-moderate activity that I advise.
